The Mets have signed reliever Tyler Hill, the team announced on Tuesday.
Hill is a left-handed reliever who had previously pitched in relief for the San Francisco Giants.
The 29-year-old spent last season with the Nationals.
Hill has posted a 2.21 ERA in his career, including a 1.70 mark in 2018.
Hill pitched in all nine games of the Mets postseason run and pitched in a pair of games for the Nationals in the postseason.
