If you’re on a diet, you can check the calorie numbers with the app.

For example, if you lose 30 grams of fat a day, you’ll see a number that reads 1.2.

If your ketone counts fall below that, the app tells you the calories are below the target for your diet.

The higher the number, the lower your ketones are, and vice versa.

If you’re a weight watcher, the calculator will show you a number you can use to help you lose weight.

If that number is between 1.0 and 1.4, the calorie counts are accurate and accurate.

You’ll also see a weight chart and calorie information that shows you how much weight you’re currently losing.
